Sample Job #1

Client: 

A large, full service law firm

 

Goal: 

To assist younger partners, counsel and associates develop a book of business

 

Process:  

A series of four training sessions entitled, Building a Book of Business; trained a partner to act as mentor and sales coach so that momentum of training was institutionalized in the firm.

 

Result:  The firm improved its standing as one of the top 20 firms in state.

 

 

Sample Job #2

Client: 

mid-sized accounting firm

 

Goal: 

To implement a series of executive briefings for key clients.

 

Process:  

Consulted among partners and held focus groups with clients to formulate topics, booked briefings, prepared speakers and computerpresentations, created evaluations and follow up communications.

 

Result:  The client expanded management consulting practice.

Client: 

A state-wide bar association board of directors

 

Goal: 

To improve member attendance at events and seminars process.

 

Process:  

Held series of focus groups with attending and non-attending members to solicit ideas for improvement of member services, reported focus group findings to board and helped implement new programs and services.

 

Result:  Attendance increased dramatically.

 

 

Sample Job #4

Client: 

A small interior design and construction boutique focused on high ticket apparel design and retailers.

 

Goal: 

Create a referral based marketing program to capture new clients and new projects with present clients.

 

Process:  

Designed and edited a series of news letters featuring innovative projects that were sent out over 12 months; helped owners structure and carry out post project client reviews to get feedback and insights into upcoming projects.

 

Result:  Client's revenues doubled in one year.

Client: 

A well known, regional law firm with government relations and business clients.

 

Goal: 

To market other services to both client segments.

 

Process:  

Selected key clients, researched them using Lexis and other on line sources to create a client portfolio;trained attorneys to read the business portfolio as an entre to suggesting consultative services and helped attorneys book meetings with selected clients.

 

Result:  Client introduced and secured legal matters in previously unused areas.
